How I led the digital paid acquisition for a Hollywood-caliber salon in Fremont, CA, driving 100+ bookings at launch and contributing to doubled monthly revenue in peak periods.

Overview

Luxe’s Nails & Spa is a premium manicure, pedicure, and spa studio in Fremont, California. Newly renovated, with modern spa chairs and a focus on experience, the in-person product was excellent, but the salon had no reliable system for turning that quality into booked appointments.

I owned the digital paid acquisition build: Meta ads strategy and execution, ad creative, ad copy, landing experience implementation, and ongoing optimization. Strategic positioning was developed in partnership with a lead strategist; everything you see in market on the paid side, I executed. The result: 100+ booked appointments at launch and multiple months where revenue roughly doubled year-over-year.

The Client

Luxe’s Nails & Spa is a local salon based in Fremont, CA, offering manicures, pedicures, spa treatments, and deluxe experiences in a fully remodeled, modern environment. Their in-person service was excellent; their digital presence didn’t reflect that quality, and they had no consistent way to acquire new clients outside of walk-ins and word of mouth.

The Objective

Build a predictable appointment engine that showcased Luxe’s renovated space and service quality, and turned local online traffic into booked appointments on a consistent basis.

The Challenges

The Approach

Strategic positioning and core offer framing were developed in partnership with a lead strategist. From there, I owned the execution end-to-end: building the paid social engine, the supporting landing experience, and the booking funnel.

  • Designed and built the full Meta ads system from scratch, campaign structure, audiences, and optimization framework.
  • Separated prospecting from retargeting and built scaling logic for proven creative.
  • Produced AI-assisted ad creative tailored to the salon's environment, offers, and clientele.
  • Wrote all ad copy in-line with the positioning and offer framework.
  • Ran ongoing performance optimization, bid adjustments, creative refresh, audience tuning.

Landing experience, built and optimized

  • Implemented a high-conversion landing page that highlighted the renovated interior, premium chairs, and service quality.
  • Structured layout and messaging to communicate the offer at a glance and minimize friction.
  • Drove iterative tweaks based on click and conversion behavior from paid traffic.

Booking funnel alignment

  • Aligned the booking flow with the new ad and landing experience so paid traffic had a clear, fast path to a confirmed appointment.
  • Refined messaging across the funnel to keep the experience consistent ad → page → book.
